Reiki energy healing is non-invasive and passes through clothing, you will remain fully clothed throughout.
Reiki healing is fast becoming accepted in mainstream healthcare settings such as hospitals, hospice, operating and recovery rooms, nursing homes and many other institutions.
Reiki is not attached to any religion, it does not conflict with an individual's religious beliefs, or lack of religious beliefs. Reiki is acceptable to atheists and believers alike.
What happens during Reiki Healing?
A Reiki Treatment usually lasts approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.
The treatments will normally be performed on a massage table but can be performed on a chair, in a seated position if that is preferable to the client or situation.
The Reiki Practitioner will place their hands either lightly on the body or just above and channel healing energy through to the client. The client will draw as much healing energy as is needed and to where it is required.
The client may feel warmth, coolness, tingling or vibrational energy as the healing takes place. They may feel sleepy, relaxed, invigorated or a release of emotions. Sometimes they may feel nothing at all but will still feel the benefits.
You have seven major chakras and an aura all of which will be concentrated on, however if you feel that you would benefit from a Crystal Chakra Balance this can also be performed.
Finally the aura will be cleansed to remove negativity and any energy debris that it may be holding.
4-6 regular treatments are recommended for best results, then monthly as a preventative treatment (please see offers).
Aftercare
For maximum benefits it is best to relax afterwards as this helps the natural healing process. Drink plenty of water. Avoid tea, coffee or other caffeine products and stimulants such as tobacco and alcohol. Eat light meals.
For a period of 24 hours or more.
