
Holistic or Wholistic therapy is a generic term for a treatment or therapy session that is intended to treat the individual as a whole - mind, body and soul.
Holistic therapies can be deeply relaxing, energising, detoxifying, release tension and relieve stress symptoms such as headaches, eye strain and insomnia. Different therapies can provide both similar and varying results.
The benefits are numerous but many include reduction of stress, tension and related symptoms. Increased blood circulation and lymphatic drainage. Improved removal of toxins and waste products. Increased energy and vitality. Improved health and well being.
However holistic therapies are not meant to replace conventional medical care, please do not refrain from taking your usual medication.
